We operate two specialized furnaces with a heating capacity of up to 600°C and two hot forming presses with a 150-to-800 ton pressing capacity and a maximum product size of 2200 mm. Our capabilities also extend to Hot Sizing, an advanced hot forming process used to reduce the diameter or shape of metal tubes or wires. We specialize in Super Plastic Forming, a process used to produce complex and lightweight components with high strength-to-weight ratios, ideal for the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries.
Hot forming enables the production of strong, complex shapes with fine details that may not be possible with other manufacturing processes. It is the preferred process for numerous applications in aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, air conditioning, and agriculture. Typically used with titanium, magnesium, and aluminum, hot forming brings many desirable properties, including high strength-to-weight ratios and corrosion resistance. Additionally, the use of high temperatures reduces the risk of cracking and defects, resulting in more durable products.
